Composition of ball screw: It is mainly composed of screw, nut, ball and circulator, labyrinth seal, oil hole and so on. Working principle: Arc-shaped spiral grooves are processed on the screw rod and the nut. When they are fitted together, a spiral raceway is formed, and the raceway is filled with balls. The ball rolls along the raceway and makes a cyclical movement through the circulator. The two ends of the circulator also function as a stopper to prevent the balls from falling out along the raceway.
